How we use cookies

This site uses ‘cookies’ to count visitors to our page and to prevent you having to reauthenticate your access to our workbooks.

Cookies are used to determine whether you are a first-time or returning visitor to our website, and to count visits and page views to the site. No personal or confidential information is stored in the cookie.

Information collected by Google Analytics (your IP address and actions you take in relation to our website) is transferred outside the EEA and stored on Google’s servers. You can access Google’s privacy policy here: google.com/policies/privacy

Cookies are very small files of data that are stored on a user’s computer. They are not executable pieces of code and cannot be used to infect a computer with malware. Cookies are a practical and convenient mechanism for conveying information from one session to another; so practical and convenient that over 92% of websites currently use cookies. For example, a user’s viewing preferences might be stored in a persistent cookie so that when they revisit the website they don’t have to re-enter their preferences.

Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy policy. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

We will keep your contact details on our CRM system for future reference, in case we needed to contact you regarding a strictly business matter. We will store this data indefinitely, or until it is clear you no longer wish to be contacted.

We will not sell, distribute or in any other way share your personal information with third parties unless we are required to do so by law.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email us on hello@trackrecord.coach
